The SHEPPERTS & GRANDMA came to the beach. They rented a house in Newport and Campbell LOVED hanging out there with his cousins so much that his first words in the morning would be to ask when we could go down to the beach house. I guess it was a "stay-cation" of sorts because Ammon took several days off work - super fun.
And the week ended with the Madsen clan coming down to join to the party:
The two crews only overlapped on Saturday so we blessed Cooper in our own family gathering. (Here he is with Grandpa - all good and blessed...can't you see the glow.) P.S.- he was blessed in the same outfit as Campbell.
And just before his 3 month birthday. Here he is at 3 months:
And Campbell (HELLO) started KINDERGARTEN! So far he loves it...but I'm not counting my chickens. Tomorrow will mark one week.
And he started soccer. He loved the practices (pic on left - ready for practice) but refused to play in the actual game (pic on right - tantrum on game day). Ammon and I mused that Campbell has been doing SOOOO WELL for the past couple of weeks that we forgot who we were dealing with. At least it was only soccer. I think he'll play next week. :-)

Hey, there's a lot of pressure in 5 yr old soccer! You have to remember not to touch the ball with your hands and heaven forbid you kick it into the other team's goal. ;)
Thanks for a fun visit! Hopefully we can do it again soon... there was definitely not enough beach time. Next time I may even put Spencer in his swim clothes, ha!
