So blessed

So have I mentioned that our house (condo) is 860 square feet? And that this is Ammon's immediate family (minus one that left early and one on a mission):

They were sooooo great to come down for Isla's blessing...and exceptional for not complaining that we only have seating for 9 in our whole down stairs. (This picture was taken at my Mom's house which is much more accommodating. :-)

Isla's good and blessed now...she tried to cry, but they caught it early with the blessing bounce. She looked beautiful in a two of a kind original handmade by her grandmother. Campbell worked on his dot-to-dots during the blessing and kept relatively quiet which was a blessing in and of itself. Here are some pics of Isla and her proud parents and then the new and improved Madsen Family:

.....

We had to take cousin pictures. I love Isla and her cousin Mackenzie who is one year older and wearing the other 2 of a kind dress. Mackenzie was excited to hold the baby...and then excited for her to be taken away.

....

The weather actually rewarded all of the long distance travelers and we had some beautiful sunny days...and got some sunburns. There were tons of beautiful scenic photos from the beach, but I thought I'd post the one of Uncle Heath showing Campbell how to get rabies. (Yes, Campbell was hand feeding a squirrel...and I seem to remember that it was Uncle Heath who also taught Campbell to squish bugs with his finger a couple of years ago.)

....

And I wanted to include this last pic of Campbell with his great Grandma Reese (originally a Campbell) - can you see that they have the exact same cheesie "smile for the camera" smile? Priceless.

That is alot of family! I'm so glad you're in our ward and I get a chance every once and a while to hang out with you. I'll hold Isla (or say her name which I LOVE) any chance I get!

No sign of rabies at our house... yet. Fingers crossed. Uncle Heath is also the one that taught Campbell and Spencer about the "motorcycle". Hmmm.
