Well, first and foremost he asked me to marry him. Best thing he ever did (Cheesy, sorry)!
And then he actually went through with it...you see - brave:
He's a great model...or he's very supportive and patient. Either being an excellent traits for the husband of an artist:..
He's a rocket scientist. This isn't even his rocket, but he took this picture in person, in French Guiana, by invitation from International Space University, all expenses paid. Impressive, no?:
A very very "hands on" Dad. (Any Mom's can appreciate that.):

..
And, last but not least, he brings home live crab, cooks it, cleans it and serves it for delicious dinner! (He'll even do the dishes...if necessary.) :

Happy Birthday!

What a guy! Happy birthday, Ammon!!
ps... you can come do the dishes at my house any day.
Happy Birthday! I hope they at least made you a cake out at sea!
I fear that post may boost Ammon's ego a little too much making him unbearable to those poor people stuck with him in the middle of the pacific.
For the record, I have seen Ammon sit without moving a muscle for hours on many occasions and it was not due to him patiently sitting through a portrait. He'll enter a trance-like state where his breathing becomes heavy and you only know that he is not sleeping with his eyes open because his finger occasionally twitches just enough to change the tv station.
Happy Birthday Ammon!!
