Ammon got the day off work and went on a field trip with us (and Campbell's class) to ride a Christmas Train and visit the OC Zoo...aka the Zoo of Animals you can catch in your back yard.
Even though that's my big news of the moment, I had to include a couple more pics I thought were funny:
Last Sunday Campbell and I went to baby Kate Benson's baby blessing...I neglected to get a pic of darling Kate or her sleep deprived parents but I managed to get Campbell and Rich's nieces playing "balloon party." I even overheard one of these guys calling him "Friend." "Friend, come back and play balloon party with us." I don't think he's ever actually made a friend by himself before...very cute.
This is why I've had to ban balls from the house...he ALWAYS aims for the lamps and his arm is just TOO good! (He snuck this ball by me...and was very proud of this accomplishment.)

Wow, Campbell made a new friend all by himself! Seems like Spencer had a similar experience only his name became "little boy"....hmmm...
Maybe it's good that Campbell and Spencer live far apart. I can only imagine the ideas they would plant in each other's heads. Or maybe they already have.

Nice shot there Campbell! Glad Ammon made it back in one piece. I didn't know he had such good dance moves though.
Glad he's back...Ryan's been gone for 4 days and I'm dying. YOu are made of tougher stuff than I am!
Its always possible that McKennah thought Campbell's name was "Fred" . . .
